Ability to read work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and accurately complete inventory and Kanban documentation. Basic math skills, including counting, weighing, and recording materials. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and follow workplace safety procedures. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, or production support preferred. Experience operating forklifts, electric carts, pallet handling equipment, or other industrial vehicles preferred. Experience using hand tools and equipment in an industrial environment. Familiarity with inventory control, Kanban systems, material movement, and packaging processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and inventory. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment adjustments and preventative maintenance. Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders or scaffolding throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands for handling, gripping, reaching, and material movement. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, fumes, moving equipment, and varying work heights. Close vision required for material identification, labeling, and documentation. Job Duties Move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility using Kanban and material handling processes. Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, trailers, and storage areas. Operate forklifts, electric carts, industrial sweepers, and company vehicles safely. Count, weigh, label, and record inventory transactions accurately. Package, wrap, crate, strap, and secure materials for storage or shipment. Collect material samples and deliver them to the laboratory for testing and analysis. Assemble crates and boxes for products and equipment. Perform routine equipment inspections, minor adjustments, and preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
