What You'll Do This is a technical role where you'll: Review incoming art files for production readiness Prepare separations and production-ready files for screenprint Proof embroidery orders and prepare stitch-ready files Troubleshoot file issues (overprint settings, improper vector construction, minimum design requirements, etc.) Troubleshoot press issues (colors shifting on press, artwork not appearing as expected once printed) Communicate clearly with internal teams when artwork and/or orders need adjustment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (seriously — pixel-level detail) Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment Problem-solving mindset and willingness to think creatively when files don't cooperate Ability to follow processes and double-check your work Previous screenprint and/or digitizing experience is a plus You do not need to know everything on day one.
