Super Cheap Signs™ is growing and looking for a Team Member to join our Production Team in our Digital Printing Department. What You'll Do As a Team Member in our Digital Department, you'll play a vital role in our production process and lead a small, tight-knit team to deliver high-quality printed signs and banners.
You will:
Coordinate accurate, on-time production of multiple print jobs Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot large-format flatbed printers and automatic cutting tables Finish and grommet banners, cut and weed decals Communicate product quality concerns to your supervisor promptly Support, guide, and communicate effectively with up to two team members Take ownership of your department and ensure production goals are met Perform other duties and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude (required) Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and process-driven Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to learn and grow in the trade Preferred but not required: 1+ year of leadership experience in a digital print shop Experience with Adobe Illustrator Knowledge of Electronic Prepress (EPP) processes Why Work With Us?
