Production Remanufacturing Technician Patriot Acquistions LLC Lubbock, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $23 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits AD&D insurance Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Manufacturing facility experience Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description SUMMARY The Production Remanufacturing Technician is responsible for the disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, assembly, and testing of diesel-driven and electric-driven pump packages. This position supports the complete remanufacturing process of pump packages, including pumps, engines, trailers, fuel systems, enclosures, control panels, and related components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include the following, however, other duties may apply) Disassemble pump packages and major components according to established procedures. Inspect pumps, engines, trailers, fuel systems, enclosures, control panels, and related equipment for wear, damage, or repairs. Clean, repair, and recondition components for reuse when applicable. Assemble diesel-driven and electric-driven pump packages on skids, trailers, and sound-attenuated enclosures. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material. Install and route wiring, control panels, instrumentation, piping, and package accessories. Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely. Perform quality inspections throughout assembly and remanufacturing processes. Maintain accurate production records and remanufacturing documentation. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean work area. Must be willing and able to travel 10% to 20% as required to support field service activities, customer installations, training, inspections, and other business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, experience with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred High mechanical aptitude Proficiency with power tools and hand tools Ability to work efficiently on a shop floor Familiarity with operating cranes/forklifts is a plus Experience with diesel engines, pump systems, industrial equipment, manufacturing, assembly, remanufacturing, forklifts, and overhead cranes.

Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed Must have excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components Must wear gloves and ear protection
