Day Shift (Mon-Fri; some weekend may be required) | 6:00 am-2:30 pm What's the Job?

Safety first:

contribute to a safety culture while working in a very dirty, noisy, non-temperature-controlled environment. Move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations as designated, coordinating with forklift drivers to keep production moving. Dose raw materials into blending operations and track dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues. Package and palletize finished product; regularly operate forklifts as required. Maintain process area cleanliness and complete housekeeping tasks (hand-sweep, shovel, wheelbarrow, and running sweeper) to minimize loss and support efficient operations. What's Needed? Physical labor experience and the ability to stand for extended periods and work in exposed conditions. High school graduate or GED equivalent with strong math skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders, including accurate tracking of lot numbers and production details. Mechanical aptitude and a strong sense of self-motivation with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to lift heavy bags (approximately 50 lbs.) and place them on pallets safely.
