Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily production and general labor tasks to help meet workflow and output goals. Assist with assembling, preparing, packaging, labeling, or handling products and materials as assigned. Inspect products and materials for visible quality issues and report concerns promptly. Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and workplace safety requirements. Move, stage, and organize materials to keep production areas running efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. Work cooperatively with production team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments. Support other production, warehouse, or manufacturing tasks as business needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Ability to work the scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM shift. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions. Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. No specific degree or professional certification is required for this position.

Preferred:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or general labor environments. Familiarity with basic quality checks, material handling, or production processes. Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced production team.
