They are working overtime right Now. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to assemble, package, or process products efficiently. Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and care. Manage inventory and materials using forklifts and warehouse experience to ensure timely supply of parts. Conduct quality checks throughout production to maintain product standards and identify any issues early. Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on production processes. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility or warehouse experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is a strong plus. Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is desirable. Warehouse experience demonstrating ability to handle materials safely and efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems is advantageous.
