In this role, you'll receive hands-on training to operate a variety of printing and sorting machines that produce critical documents—from bank statements and loyalty cards to health insurance cards. As a key part of the production process, your attention to detail and technical skills will help ensure that each batch is printed accurately, securely, and on time. • What You'll Do
• + Operate high-speed machines that print, sort, and prepare essential documents and cards.

+ Manually insert forms into envelopes, tag plastic cards, and package mail for shipment. + Use presorting machines to filter out damaged mail and request reprints when necessary. + Load and unload materials, perform quality checks, and verify each batch against job tickets. + Collaborate with team members to meet production, safety, and quality goals. + Participate in cross-training to learn and operate multiple machines and systems.

• What You'll Need to Have
• + Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating systems. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + Physical ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20-50 lbs. + Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. + Familiarity with production workflows and quality control processes. + A strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. • Pay Details:

• $18.
