In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient factory workflows. What You'll Do:

Assist with production and assembly of wood products Operate basic machinery Sanding, packaging, and preparing products for shipment Keep your work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures at all times Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
