Multiple openings available. Construction, carpentry, woodworking, landscaping, and general labor experience are welcome. Position Summary Inspect, repair, and finish doors to meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects.
- Repair doors using hand tools, sanders, putty, Bondo, glue, and touch-up materials.
- Read and follow work orders and specifications.
- Sort, stack, and move door units throughout production.
- Document rejects and communicate quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications
- Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or related experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and on a team. Physical Requirements
- Lift, move, and flip doors up to 80 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures.
