About us
  • RJT is a family owned business that has been manufacturing high-quality, energy-saving windows and doors since 1976. We hope to meet growing demands by expanding our great, dependable production staff. Position Description
  • A production worker/driver operates and cleans factory equipment, works on an assembly line, puts together and inspects products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards. Main responsibility would be delivering completed orders to job sites or warehouses. Generally the hours are 7am-3:30pm. Overtime sometimes required (seasonal). Responsibilities & Duties
  • MUST Be able to read a tape measure down to the 16th.
Making daily delivery to various job sites in a box truck. Must have a clean driving record to be on our insurance. Work carefully with production machinery and material. Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly. Make sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials. Address problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as needed. Assemble product parts by hand. Use power tools to solder, weld, drill, and attach parts. Use of forklift Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards. Unload, organize, and stock shipments. Adhere to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory. Some overtime will be available.
MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHILE WORKING AT A FAST PACE, AND BE PUNCTUAL.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in factory or construction is recommended.
