• Job Description Sweet Tree Holdings is seeking dependable and motivated Production Team Members to join our team at our Island Pond facility. In this role, you'll work alongside your teammates to support daily production and help bring maple syrup products from the production line to customers.

Responsibilities include:

Hand-packing bottles of maple syrup into boxes Unpacking empty bottles and feeding them into the production line Stacking full cases of finished product Performing other production-related duties as needed Sweet Tree Holdings is one of the largest maple syrup producers in the world. This is an opportunity to contribute to a hands-on production team, learn about the maple syrup industry, and take pride in helping produce and package a well-known natural product. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Requirements Must be physically able to perform manual labor Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the day Able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Commitment to Sweet Tree's culture and standards Valid photo ID and reliable transportation Open availability and the ability to be on call during maple boiling season Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 16 years old This position works with the Maple Boiling Crew. Candidates must be available for on-call hours during the Maple Boiling Season (typically March through April/May).

Schedule Typical Schedule:

Monday-Thursday Some Fridays may be required depending on business needs. During the Maple Boiling Season, additional hours will be required. Additional hours may include holidays, weekends, and Fridays.

Typical Hours:

6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Hours may vary for team members who are 16 or 17 years old.
