Ready to put your construction skills to work with a solid team and steady hours? Ascend Staffing is recruiting Truss Builders for a growing company in Centralia, WA. If you're dependable, hands-on, and ready to work, this is your opportunity to get in with a great employer and start immediately! Must provide own hammer and tape measure!

What We Offer Weekly Pay:

$20.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card pay options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Weekends off Training provided Background-friendly employer Temp-to-hire opportunity What You'll Do Assemble wooden trusses according to specifications Read blueprints Operate hand tools and power tools safely Lift, carry, and position truss components (up to 50 lbs frequently) Inspect materials and finished trusses for quality and accuracy Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Load and unload materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Shift Information Day Shift:

5:00 AM

3:00 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM) Monday
