Day Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:45 AM-6:00 PM ($20.00/hour)

Night Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:45 PM-6:00 AM ($20.80/hour)

Position Overview:

Join a leading glass manufacturing operation producing high-quality architectural glass products used throughout North America. Work in a safety-focused, team-oriented production environment with opportunities to learn multiple areas of the operation. Key Responsibilities:

Load glass onto racks, build and prepare racks, and safely handle glass products throughout the production process. Rotate between packing duties and quality inspection to ensure glass meets company standards and is free of defects. Maintain a clean work area, assist with housekeeping tasks, and participate in cross-training opportunities as assigned by supervisors.

What This Opportunity Offers:

Competitive pay with day shift starting at $20.00/hour and night shift starting at $20.80/hour. Four-day workweek with three-day weekends and opportunities to develop new manufacturing skills. Potential temp-to-hire position offering medical, dental, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and handle glass sheets weighing 15-56 pounds throughout the shift. Maintain a steady pace in a production environment. Team lift required for materials weighing more than 56 pounds.

Safety Equipment & Tools Used:
