Green Bay Packaging is seeking General Labor team members to support our fast-paced, innovative manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assist with material handling, product packaging, and basic machine support in the production of corrugated packaging and paperboard solutions. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, stacking and palletizing finished goods, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You'll follow strict safety and environmental standards while working closely with a supportive, people-first team focused on long-term growth and sustainability. Responsibilities Load and unload materials and finished corrugated and paperboard products Assist machine operators with setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments Monitor product quality, remove defective items, and follow inspection guidelines Perform basic packaging, stacking, and palletizing to meet production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5 S standards Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements Record simple production, scrap, and material usage data accurately Support recycling and waste-reduction practices in line with sustainability goals Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly Required Skills Material handling Basic machine operation support Palletizing and packaging Quality inspection and defect recognition Use of hand tools and basic power tools Safety procedures and PPE use Lockout/tagout awareness Production recordkeeping Housekeeping and 5 S practices Basic mechanical aptitude
