Production Responsibilities:

• Perform sanitation tasks, working with strong chemicals following safety protocols
• Inspect and clean equipment undersides to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance
• Fill, flip, lift, and palletize forms as part of the production line
• Transport materials by cart and push filled carts onto lifts, including elevating to 3 ft and moving to the packaging area
• Distribute curd into vats using shoveling techniques, sometimes manually
• Load, bag, scale, label, and box products, occasionally using a retractable knife
• Cut products with small paring knives as required
• Assist with other production activities as needed in a fast-paced environment Requirements for

Production:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Experience in food production or sanitation is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
• Capable of reading, understanding, and following written procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively within the plant environment
