S_181666 Are you looking for a steady, hands-on job with a great schedule? We are hiring dedicated Production Workers on behalf of a premier manufacturer in Superior, WI! This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek with overtime potential, on-the-job training, and clear pathways for career growth.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:30AM - 5:00

PM Starting Pay:

$20.00/hour What You'll Do Build and assemble products using a variety of materials and tools.

Follow basic safety and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean, organized work area.

Safely operate equipment such as basic hand tools, staple guns, pallet jacks, and molds.

Consistently meet daily production goals and check product quality.

Work closely with your team with a positive, proactive attitude.

What We're Looking For Work Ethic & Reliability:

A strong work ethic and the ability to work 10-hour shifts.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift 25-50 lbs overhead, and push/pull up to 75 lbs in a warm, active industrial environment.

Core Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, and fundamental math and reading skills.

Safety First:

Willingness to wear required PPE (like safety glasses) and pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen Bonus Points (Preferred) Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial labor, or distribution.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
