Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as an Entry Level Food Manufacturing Plant - Production Associate! This role offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to producing high-quality food products. This position provides training, so you can develop essential skills in manufacturing, sanitation, packaging, and food safety protocols. Duties Assist in the daily operations of the food processing plant, supporting various production lines and equipment. Follow all FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure food safety and quality. Operate machinery and equipment safely, including basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting as needed. Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet strict hygiene standards. Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and handling. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process using basic math skills to verify measurements and counts. Use forklifts and other material handling equipment safely when required to move raw materials or finished goods within the facility. Experience Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training. Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills to maintain sanitation and quality standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating machinery safely. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred but not mandatory.
