Responsibilities Perform and validate a wide range of clinical laboratory tests across core disciplines. Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated analyzers and related lab technologies. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of test results within regulatory standards. Collaborate with IT and lab teams to optimize laboratory information systems and workflows. Maintain detailed technical documentation, QC records, and compliance reports. Participate in method validation, instrument upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety, biosafety, and quality assurance protocols. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support cross-functional project teams.
