Job Description

Location:
Onsite in Weston, FL Work schedule:
M-F 8AM-4
30PM (Schedule subject to change, based on business needs. May allow earlier start times and have potential for OT) Pay rate: $23.57/hour Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections of robotic components, instruments, and sub-assemblies. Working within a medical device manufacturing environment, you will follow established technical procedures and engineering drawings to ensure all incoming, in-process, and finished goods meet strict quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections of mechanical components, robotic assemblies, wire cards, and finished products using precision gauges and inspection equipment. Interpret engineering blueprints, manufacturing drawings, schematics, and inspection guide sheets to approve or reject in-process and final assemblies. Execute First Article Inspections (FAI) and verify statistical data accuracy against engineering specifications. Review, analyze, and archive Device History Records (DHRs)—both paper-based and electronic—in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) prior to finished goods release. Segregate and quarantine non-conforming materials, initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs/quarantine tickets), and complete all required documentation. Log inspection transactions and complete product release dispositions within the enterprise ERP system. Follow detailed technical instructions and standard operating procedures to support team key performance indicators (KPIs), quality throughput targets, and production schedules.
Qualifications & Required Skills Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience is required, though previous exposure to a manufacturing, assembly, or quality-controlled environment is a plus.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instruction sheets. Attention to

High precision and consistency when conducting mechanical/electrical inspections and documenting results.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer literacy to execute system transactions, complete ERP dispositions, and handle digital records.
Compliance Mindset:
Comfort following step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines. #
EXT Pay:
$23.57 per hour
