Quality ManagerJob Description Seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality control operations in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, metal fabrication, and cast components, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage plant quality programs, inspections, and compliance standards. Ensure manufactured products meet customer specifications and engineering requirements. Develop quality plans, inspection procedures, and reporting processes. Oversee dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment. Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party inspections, including NDT testing. Maintain equipment calibration and quality documentation. Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Promote workplace safety and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing quality or inspection experience. Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills. Experience with machined parts, castings, and metal fabrications. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools. NDT knowledge and machining experience preferred. Previous quality leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting abilities. CIV123

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
