Job Description

Community Director Supervisor:
Clinical Director Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in one of the Behavioral Sciences, and two years post Masters experience with appropriate licensure in a Social Service Field. Primary job functions and performance expectations: A. Coordinates Community-Based Services for Adults. 1. Ensure quality and effectiveness of services for programs overseen. 2. Monitor documentation, service delivery, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards (ADMH and Medicaid). 3. Guide staff in developing treatment plans, safety plans, and individualized service plans. 4. Ensure quality workflows are in place for effective program functioning. 5. Monitor productivity regularly and report findings to direct supervisor monthly. 6. Perform quality assurance reviews for all programs monthly and make corrections as needed. 7. Provide crisis support and guidance as needed. B. Supervisory Responsibilities 1. Participate in hiring and termination decisions. 2. Supervise support staff. 3. Apply personnel policies consistently. 4. Completes employee evaluations on time. 5. Monitor and report on staff productivity monthly to direct supervisor. 6. Address supervisory issues promptly in line with policy. 7. Ensure timely completion of quality assurance reviews and reports. 8. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training. 9. Approve staff schedules, timesheets, and monitor productivity. 10. Address performance concerns and implement corrective action with HR. 11. Communicate staffing or operational issues to supervisor promptly. C. Maintains and provides liaison and education for the Center, other community agencies and the general public. 1. Deliver professional and audience-appropriate presentations. 2. Advocate for mental health services within the community. 3. Represents CAW professionally at all times. D. Maintains and improves professional skills. 1. Attends and actively participates in professional workshops, in-service training and quality assurance reviews. 2. Stay current through professional reading. 3. Seek consultation from staff as needed. 4. Engage in agency meetings, service planning, and interdisciplinary coordination. E. Any other duties clinical and/or non-clinical as assigned by the supervisor.
