Automotive Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing quality systems and be responsible for leading quality operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage overall Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards Lead quality inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Work closely with Production and Operations teams to improve product quality Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation Support customer quality issues and customer audits Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal management Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5+ years of Quality experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry Previous experience as a Quality Manager or Assistant Manager preferred Experience with

IATF 16949, ISO

9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required Korean language skills are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in
