In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to uphold the highest quality standards across all production processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of quality excellence. Essential Duties:

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes
• Evaluate in process audit routines and inspections to ensure effectiveness /efficiency and drive continuous improvement in both quality and cost effectiveness
• Use data to detect issues and trends and prioritize engagement with internal teams to address existing and emerging gaps.
• Support internal and external audits in terms of readiness, compliance
• Provide leadership in best practices regarding root cause and corrective action
• Support Supplier quality management from initial engagement/qualification through ongoing supply and monitoring of related quality and closure of issues arising
• Conduct internal audits in line with the QMS and support external certification audits.
• Use knowledge of quality standards and best practices to training employees in line with leading continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality role, ideally electronics.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as

Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC Key Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills in terms of root cause analysis, corrective action and validation of impact.
• Sharp analytical skills with ability to see trends and deviations requiring attention
• Clear and informed communications skills
• Ability to work across teams and influence others to drive improvements where needed

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on Electronics Manufacturing experience
