•$160,000 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes from project startup through closeout. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all work meets contract requirements, project specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants to maintain quality standards and drive successful project execution. Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans Manage preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections Coordinate testing agencies, inspectors, and jurisdictional authorities Identify quality concerns and implement corrective action plans Maintain quality documentation, testing reports, and deficiency logs Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and revisions Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and final inspections Communicate quality risks and solutions to project stakeholders Promote continuous improvement and accountability throughout project execution Qualifications 3+ years of construction quality control, inspection, or field supervision experience Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, testing procedures, and codes Experience coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Public works, DSA, healthcare, education, or institutional project experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive compensation Healthcare benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Performance bonus opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities #ONEN
