More importantly, we are proud of our people. We offer a collaborative, hands-on environment where employees are valued, challenged, and given opportunities to grow. As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented individuals who want to build their careers with a company that is investing in its future. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. As a key driver of continuous improvement, the Quality Manager will foster a culture of quality, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product integrity and customer satisfaction on a global scale. standards and industry best practices. Conduct regular quality audits to evaluate compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and other regulatory standards. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with production teams to establish quality standards in manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to specifications such as GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and Six Sigma methodologies. Perform detailed quality inspections and reviews throughout the production cycle, utilizing advanced analysis skills to identify areas for improvement. Manage internal and external audits, including supplier assessments, to uphold ISO standards and regulatory compliance. Drive initiatives in lean management and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency while maintaining high-quality output. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on quality control and assurance. In-depth knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards, FDA regulations, GMP, CGMP, HACCP, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, implementing quality systems, and managing quality management programs. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality inspection techniques, and quality standards in production settings. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common quality objectives. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in analysis tools related to Six Sigma or Lean management practices. Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly desirable; experience practicing GD&T is preferred. Join us as a Quality Manager to champion excellence across our manufacturing operations! Your expertise will ensure our products meet rigorous safety standards while driving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives.
