This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a key leader, you will drive the implementation of robust quality systems, conduct comprehensive audits, and collaborate across departments to uphold the highest standards of product excellence. Your expertise will help us maintain regulatory compliance, optimize manufacturing processes, and deliver superior products to our customers. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 9001
standards and other relevant regulations. Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and other legal requirements. Establish and monitor quality standards in production, ensuring products meet specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues using Six Sigma methodologies and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems. Oversee quality control activities including QA/QC inspections, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and quality inspections at various stages of manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, and supply chain to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality through lean management principles. Lead training initiatives to promote awareness of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices among staff. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on quality assurance and control. Extensive knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards, GMP, HACCP, CGMP. Demonstrated success in conducting quality audits and implementing effective corrective actions. Strong understanding of Six Sigma manufacturing techniques, Lean management strategies, GD&T principles, and statistical analysis skills. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
