Duties Lead and supervise the quality assurance team to implement and maintain quality control processes across production lines. Conduct comprehensive quality audits to verify adherence to

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA

regulations, and other regulatory standards. Develop, review, and improve quality management systems utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean management, and Gantt Chart (GD&T) analysis. Ensure compliance with

HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, ISO

13485, and other industry-specific standards in all manufacturing activities. Perform detailed quality inspections and analysis to identify root causes of defects or non-conformities; implement corrective actions promptly. Facilitate cross-functional communication between production, engineering, regulatory affairs, and suppliers to promote quality awareness. Lead training sessions on quality standards in production, regulatory compliance, and best practices for team members. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality assurance or control. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems aligned with

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA

regulations, and related standards. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including Six Sigma manufacturing principles, Lean management techniques, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and QA/QC methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards specific to the industry such as FDA regulations for medical devices or food safety standards like HACCP. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for continuous process improvement. Experience leading teams in a bilingual environment with effective cross-functional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
