full-time The Quality Manager will lead and enhance the Quality Management System within a growing manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards. Drive quality assurance, quality control, supplier quality, customer quality, and corrective action initiatives. Oversee internal, customer, and third-party audits. Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, inspection standards, and control plans. Monitor and improve key quality metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY), defect rates, customer returns, supplier performance, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis. Partner with suppliers to improve quality performance and resolve issues. Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, rework, and customer complaints. Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and support customer audits and quality reviews. Develop and mentor quality team members while fostering a proactive quality culture across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience with

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems and audit leadership. Strong understanding of quality tools, SPC, CAPA, root cause analysis, FMEA, PPAP, and control plans. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and quality reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:

$100,000-$120,000
