2989940861-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Quality Assurance Manager at Sevita, you will lead quality programs across home and community-based healthcare services. You'll design and oversee QA processes, perform audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Partnering with clinical and operations teams, you'll analyze data, drive continuous improvement, and promote patient safety. Responsibilities Lead quality assurance programs for home and community-based services Develop, implement, and monitor QA policies and procedures Conduct audits, reviews, and performance measurements to ensure regulatory compliance Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive process improvement initiatives Partner with clinical and operations leaders to address quality and safety issues Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices Prepare reports for leadership and external regulatory bodies Support accreditation and survey readiness activities Engage cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement Required Skills Healthcare quality management Clinical auditing Root cause analysis Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) Regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS) Risk management Data analysis and reporting Electronic health records (EHR) systems Policy and procedure development Team leadership and mentoring
