ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and contribute to product stability through maturation and data collection of the inspection criteria.
- Coordinate new model part and product development activity in order to ensure that all PPH is outlined and carried into MP controls.
- Establish and control project timelines.
- Oversee training and development with Inspector maturation.
- Provide support and guidance to associates and other departments as needed.
- Monitor customer targets and outflow with appropriate countermeasures and reporting through usage of SAP.
- Coordinate and support customer response through usage of 5Why and 5P techniques.
- Review and approve corrective action requests and responses.
- Evaluate trend and statistical history of outflow, reject trends, and counter measure activities within the facility.
- Review and approve quality standards and operation standards ensuring critical control points are addressed.
- Provide support to suppliers to improve part quality as needed.
- Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- Have the ability to establish and execute a monthly plan in accordance to the section and plant Business Plan targets
- Ability to provide communication and support between multiple shifts and sections
- All other duties as assigned.
- It is an essential function of this position that Associates be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSIN operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation.
- Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the above duties.
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
