Strong knowledge of
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving the plant meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values continuous improvement, and is passionate about building a culture of quality across all levels of the organization.
