DOE Quality Supervisor Qualifications or Skills:

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques, and equipment Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Process Writing, Gauges, Calibration Computer skills: Microsoft Works, Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Drop task Must be able to work under pressure, communicate properly, receive direction and follow-through, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties:

Responsible for directing and supervising a group of employees involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to purchased material, in-process material and finished products to assure that quality control standards are achieved for customer requirements. Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates in a fast-past environment. Maintain and ensure professional and effective communication with all on-site customers with regards to all quality issues are being met. Required participation in daily/weekly team updates Employee must adhere to all

ISO/IATF

procedures and work instructions Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Comply with OSHA requirements

Quality Supervisor Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
