Blaine, MN Wage:

$95,000

•$110,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Hours:

6:00 AM

•4:30 PM | Monday

•Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays)

Position Type:

Full-Time | Direct Hire Benefits of the quality manager: Competitive salary with match and profit-sharing options Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Short/long-term disability, life, and critical illness insurance Paid vacation and holidays, with enhanced benefits later Continuous room for professional advancement Weekly pay Duties of the quality manager: Manage incoming, set-up, in-process, and final inspections Program and complete CMM and First Article Inspections (FAI) Lead change management, MRB programs, and cost reduction Maintain detailed shipment documentation and lot traceability Monitor process capability and manage SPC charts Requirements of the quality manager: 4-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience Advanced GD&T and mechanical print reading skills Experience working in ISO9001, AS9102, or similar setups Skill in performing and interpreting GR&R studies
