Quality Assurance / Assistant Production Manager Join our team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance and production operations in our insulation and waterproofing divisions.

Responsibilities:

Inspect jobsites to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met. Identify and correct quality issues while training installers on proper procedures. Communicate daily with the Production Manager. Meet with inspectors to address corrections and pass inspections. Work with builders and homeowners to diagnose and complete warranty work. Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed. Support and cover Production Managers when needed.

English and Spanish Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience. Knowledge of insulation and waterproofing preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
