The Quality Control Manager is responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across all Priority Clean facilities. This position leads by example through cleaning, training, delegation, coverage, and regular inspections. The Quality Control Manager ensures employees are performing their duties thoroughly, professionally, and according to Priority Clean standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean & Cover Perform cleaning duties at company facilities when needed. Provide coverage for employees who are absent or when services require additional support. Ensure all scheduled services are completed properly and on time. Train & Develop Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning procedures and company standards. Teach employees to become more detail-oriented and consistent in their work. Correct poor cleaning habits and reinforce proper techniques. Delegate Direct employees and assign tasks as necessary to ensure facilities are properly maintained. Help organize workloads and ensure priorities are addressed. Inspect & Maintain Quality Inspect facilities companywide to ensure cleaning standards are being met. Identify and correct negligence, missed areas, poor workmanship, or failure to follow procedures. Follow up with employees when deficiencies are identified. Monitor recurring quality issues and take corrective action. Equipment & Supply Organization Keep cleaning closets organized, clean, and properly stocked. Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment and help coordinate repairs or replacement. Maintain professional organization and appearance of all cleaning areas. Quality Control Reporting Complete quality control progress sheets for inspected facilities. Document deficiencies, corrective actions, training, and follow-up. Present completed quality control progress sheets to administration weekly . Communicate significant problems or recurring employee performance issues to administration promptly.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The Quality Control Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who cleans, trains, delegates, covers, and inspects . The position requires attention to detail, accountability, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to identify problems before they become customer complaints.

Pay:
From $17.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
