Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a QA/QC Scientist in Beatrice, NE!

Shift:

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

A Direct Hire Opportunity Salary Range:

$125,000

•150,000, DOE Lead QA/QC efforts for innovative rare earth separation processes, managing lab operations, developing protocols, ensuring product quality, and supporting facility expansion projects. Work cross-functionally to commission and optimize processes and maintain product documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement QA/QC protocols

+ Operate and manage an analytical laboratory ( ICP

•OES / ICP

•MS experience required)

+ Oversee QA/QC information for production and ensure products meet shipping requirements

+ Support project expansion from design through commissioning

+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

+ Analyze feedstock and issue

Certificates of Analysis Requirements:

+ Bachelor's in QA/QC Engineering, Chemistry, or related field + 10+ years in chemical or manufacturing QA/QC

+ Experience managing lab staff and developing protocols

Desired Skills:

+ Broad process quality oversight, lab management, and adaptability

+ Familiarity with environmental regulations

+ Strong self-management and computer skills Salary will range between $125k
