Job Description Lead and support a team of quality professionals responsible for product-line quality performance. Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance. Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, standards, and procedures. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Support internal quality audits and contribute to quality system effectiveness. Monitor quality metrics, supplier performance, and key process indicators to ensure ongoing improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Supervisor should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline preferred. Experience within quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or quality systems. Background supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as aerospace, defense, electronics, medical device, or advanced manufacturing. Knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supplier teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
