$70,000 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our quality department. In this role, you will oversee our departments, establish rigorous standards, and manage our team to ensure our services meet all internal and external regulatory benchmarks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong background in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities QMS Management:

Maintain, update, and enforce the company's Quality Management System and procedural frameworks.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of QC inspectors and QA technicians.

Compliance & Audits:

Schedule and lead internal quality audits; act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory or third-party inspections.

CAPA & Root Cause:

Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Data & Analytics:

Track and analyze key quality metrics (defect rates, scrap costs) and report findings to executive leadership.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate supplier quality systems and resolve any incoming material quality issues.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role within Commercial Cleaning Industry, e.g., manufacturing.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay:

$70,000.00 per year
