Clinical Director / Operations Director About Us We are a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and data-driven services to children and families. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to help ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our programs. Position Overview The QA Coordinator supports compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality improvement initiatives within our ABA services. This role works closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to ensure services meet payer requirements and align with standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Key Responsibilities Conduct audits of clinical documentation (treatment plans, session notes, supervision logs) Monitor compliance with BACB guidelines and insurance requirements Track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement Review billing documentation for accuracy and alignment with services delivered Assist with preparation for external audits and payer reviews Support corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives Provide training and guidance to staff on documentation standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Healthcare Administration, or related field 1+ years of experience in ABA, healthcare compliance, or quality assurance Knowledge of ABA documentation standards and insurance requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
