An established manufacturing facility is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee plant quality systems, product testing, and compliance with ISO standards. This individual will lead quality personnel, ensure product consistency, drive continuous improvement, and work collaboratively with production, engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO compliance. Oversee manufacturing process controls, audits, product testing, and quality documentation. Supervise Quality Engineers, Lab Technicians, and other quality personnel. Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Provide quality training to laboratory and production employees. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of manufacturing leadership and quality management experience. Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems, QMS, process controls, and audits. Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience preferred. Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and medical device quality experience are a plus.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
