- Build and lead a Quality Department from the ground up, establishing the team structure and operational framework
- Solve complex manufacturing quality problems and implement effective corrective actions
- Develop and sustain robust quality processes to ensure consistent product excellence
- Strengthen quality systems and establish standardized processes across the organization
- Drive accountability for quality outcomes throughout all levels of the company Key Requirements
- Strong electrical knowledge
