This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing listing information, identifying data issues, and working with agents and internal teams to ensure records meet company standards, compliance expectations, and customer needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high-volume data entry tasks, using reporting tools to validate information, and maintaining organized follow-up throughout the correction process.
Responsibilities:
Review commercial real estate listings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established quality standards. Audit information entered into internal systems and investigate discrepancies that affect data reliability. Generate and analyze automated reports to identify errors, missing details, and integrity concerns within listing records. Communicate with agents and participant offices to resolve data entry issues and secure timely corrections. Enter new listings and update existing records for offices that do not submit information through online services. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and correct recordkeeping errors. Proficiency with computer-based data entry and the ability to work efficiently with internal tracking systems. Experience running reports and interpreting results to support data accuracy and process compliance. Effective written and verbal communication skills for following up with agents, offices, and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
