Looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer with good communication skills to lead the quality department in a small rubber & plastics molding facility. Qualified candidates will have experience in: Hands on working experience with Keyance Vision System ISO-9000 and IATF quality system Blue-print reading including GD&T Experience with Rubber, Plastic and Silicone Injection Managing a small group of people Communicating with customers and suppliers Creating and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures Creating Process Flow, FMEA and Control Plans Organizing and maintaining a quality department
