• Supervise and lead a meteorology technician within a rubber processing environment
• Oversee the application of rubber onto metal components for defense and military use
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Handle all quality documentation including PPAP, control plans, and APQP documentation
• Address and resolve customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and supplier quality concerns
• Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to develop effective corrective actions Key Requirements
• AS/BS in Engineering preferred
