- Supervise and lead a meteorology technician within a rubber processing environment
- Oversee the application of rubber onto metal components for defense and military use
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Handle all quality documentation including PPAP, control plans, and APQP documentation
- Address and resolve customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and supplier quality concerns
- Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to develop effective corrective actions Key Requirements
- AS/BS in Engineering preferred
