Job Description
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the White Eagle Health Center's quality management, performance improvement, and compliance program. This position directs and coordinates all activities related to quality assurance, clinical chart review, patient/consumer satisfaction, risk management, safety, and accreditation compliance. The Quality Control Officer supervises assigned quality management staff, works collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership, and ensures the Health Center's services meet the standards of funding sources, accrediting bodies, and applicable tribal, federal, and state regulations.
