Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Roofing Quality Control Specialist to oversee and manage construction quality assurance on roofing projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing quality control processes, and leading teams on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive roofing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. This position is vital to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety across all roofing projects. Responsibilities Conduct construction quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Manage quality control processes throughout the roofing construction lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Oversee quality compliance management, ensuring all work meets regulatory and company standards. Lead and coordinate teams on-site, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality workmanship. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, quality concerns, or other job-related matters in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, quality reports, and compliance records for accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of six years of roofing industry experience with a strong background in construction quality control. Proven experience in quality control management within construction sites. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively on-site. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to interact confidently with clients and team members. Knowledge of construction safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards related to roofing projects. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
