Job Description Develop and implement quality control plans for federal construction projects. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and inspections. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address quality concerns. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Quality Control Manager should have: Experience with quality assurance and control in federal construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction standards and federal regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement effective quality control plans.
