Location:
Newberg, OR Pay:
$40-$46/hr (equivalent to ~85 to ~95k per year) DOE + comprehensive benefits package
Schedule:
Full‑time, On‑site, M-F 7AM-3:30
PM Work Requirements :
Authorized to work in the USA (we are unable to provide sponsorship), Local or willing to relocate at own expense within 2 weeks of offer. This role is 100% onsite. Forinno, LLC is a growing medical device component manufacturer in Newberg, OR. We're hiring a Quality Manager to lead daily quality operations, support inspectors, and maintain our ISO‑aligned Quality Management System in a hands‑on production environment. Responsibilities Oversee incoming, in‑process, and final inspections Lead, train, and support a small team of quality inspectors Maintain ISO‑aligned QMS documentation (SOPs, CAPA, calibration, training) Prepare internal audits and customer documentation Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies Track quality metrics, SPC charts, Cp/Cpk data Communicate with production, vendors, and customers Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of quality experience in an ISO manufacturing environment. 2+ years supervising or supporting small teams. 3+ years supporting APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies. Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail. Basic understanding of management best practices. Proficiency with SPC basics and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat). Ability to create polished Excel templates and data sets. Strong communication skills and steady professional presence. Team‑oriented approach to work and problem‑solving. Experience with quality systems software preferred. Comfortable in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. Work Environment Mix of office and production floor work PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hair netting, lab coat) No makeup, perfumes, lotions; closed‑toe shoes required Moderate to loud noise levels Frequent interaction with inspectors, production, vendors, and customers Physical Requirements Standing/walking for extended periods Lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally Fine motor skills for precision inspection tools Clear English communication for documentation and training Moving between production and office areas throughout the day Candidates subject to background check upon conditional offer.
